Fast delivery and careful packaging

At Terre de Bougies, we offer a delivery service tailored to your needs:

  • We strive to hand over your parcel to the carrier the next day for all orders placed before midnight (excluding peak periods).
  • An Express service is available for certain orders, with same-day dispatch if the order is placed before 1 p.m.
  • The option to be delivered wherever you like: at home or to a pickup point.
  • The option to collect your order via Click & Collect from our warehouses in Alsace. More information at the bottom of this page.

Shipping costs are calculated according to the net weight of the parcel, the chosen delivery method, and the destination.

Please note: All delivery times are given for information only. Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours. In some cases, product availability may extend the shipping time to 2 to 5 days. These times apply to standard delivery. Express Delivery is subject to specific conditions, detailed below.

We reserve the right to select another carrier for oversized orders.

Delivery conditions by zone

For orders outside the EU: Any customs duties, taxes and import charges are payable by the customer and may be requested on delivery.

Express Delivery: Same-day dispatch for any order placed before 1 p.m. (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery the next day before 6 p.m. These conditions apply to the Express service only; standard delivery follows the times indicated above. Not available in all countries.

France (Mainland)

Zone 1: Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Italy

Free delivery from €80*.

Switzerland

Free delivery from €150*. Customs duties may apply.

Zone 2: Austria, Denmark, Greece, Ireland, Portugal, Romania

Free delivery from €100*.

Zone 3: Andorra, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Sweden, Poland, Czech Republic

Free delivery from €150*.

Zone 4: Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Finland, Malta

Free delivery from €200*.

Rest of the world and French Overseas Territories

For zones 3, 4, and other countries, and if your country is eligible for delivery, shipping costs and delivery times will appear at checkout unless no previous order has been made for your country.

Delivery to the United States is suspended indefinitely.

*The free delivery threshold applies to the first eligible delivery option, usually a pickup point. However, free shipping may vary depending on:

  • Parcel weight: Free shipping may not apply to heavy orders.
  • Available carrier: Depending on the available options, free shipping may not be applicable.
  • Special conditions: For example, bulky or fragile items requiring special transport may be excluded.

In summary, even if the minimum amount is reached, free shipping may vary depending on the delivery method and the constraints related to the parcel or destination.

Our delivery partners

To ensure fast, reliable delivery, Terre de Bougies works with several partners, each offering different services:

  • Colissimo – Home delivery (with or without signature) and to a pickup point
  • DPD – Home delivery and to a pickup point
  • Chronopost – Express delivery
  • DHL – International home delivery (Economy and Express)
  • Specialist carriers – For large-volume orders

The availability of carriers and services varies depending on the destination country. The exact options and their rates are shown at checkout.

Pickup at Terre de Bougies warehouse

Free pickup at our TERRE-DE-BOUGIES warehouse, 1 rue de la clef des champs, 68600 Volgelsheim.

Your orders are available the next day. You will receive an SMS or email notification once your order is ready.

Collection in person is reserved for customers located near our premises. If you wish to use this option on an exceptional basis, simply add our address in your customer account; our system will then automatically offer you this option when you choose the delivery method.
